Open to all...
Everyone can enter, no matter what your level of ability. The Real Open Golf tournament is open to men, women and juniors of all levels from across the UK and Ireland. All you need is an official handicap and membership of a golf club.
There’s some great prizes too...
The three winners from each section - men, women and juniors - will each receive our prestigious Claret Jug Trophy. This will be engraved and can take pride of place in your local golf club's trophy cabinet. Other prizes will include top golfing gear, vouchers and accessories from American Golf.
And if you can score a hole in one during the Grand Final we've got two very special prizes on offer...
- A £15,000 car (make to be finalised).
- A £1,500 set of TaylorMade clubs and accessories.
But even if you don't make the Grand Final, as a member of Real Open Golf, you will be entered into an end-of-season draw with the much sought-after prize of three coaching sessions from a top-25 UK and Ireland coach.
And if you pull out the stops throughout the season and turn out to be the most improved player in your section (but don't make top 100 grand final qualifiers) you will get FREE membership for the next season.

No need to travel
Unlike other amateur tournaments, you don't need to travel to a series of qualifying events to make it to our Grand Final. You play competitions as normal at your local club and record your scores. It's as simple as that.
