Ever watched Tiger Woods and wondered what it feels like to play a world-class golf tournament?

Now is your chance to find out. Join Real Open Golf and you could find yourself playing the world-famous Belfry venue in our Grand Final.

Real Open Golf is an amateur championship for the UK and Ireland.  It's open to men, women and juniors of all abilities. You just need to be a member of a golf club and hold an official handicap.

At our Grand Final, the top 100 qualifiers battle it out over 18 holes on the Brabazon championship course. It's free to attend. Finalists are treated to breakfast on arrival. They also get free golf balls on the driving range, along with PGA coaching if required.

At the close of the day, there's an informal barbeque, the prize giving, and an after-dinner talk from Gary Alliss.

Unlike other amateur competitions, you don't have to travel to qualifying events to make the Belfry Grand Final. You play competitions as normal at your local club and simply record your scores.

Prizes
The three winners from each section (men, women and juniors) each receive the much prized Claret Jug Trophy. This is engraved and can take pride of place in your club's trophy cabinet. Other prizes include professional golfing gear, vouchers, and accessories from American Golf.

If you strike lucky and score a hole in one at the Grand Final we've got two very special prizes on offer: A £15,000 car (make to be finalised) for adults, and a £1,500 set of TaylorMade clubs and accessories for juniors.

Runners up
Even if you don't make the Belfry as a finalist, you can still be a winner. As a member, you will be entered into our end-of-season draw and could win three coaching sessions from a top-25 UK and Ireland coach (which ought to stand you in good stead for the following year's final!).

Free membership
And if you turn out to be the most improved player in your section (but aren't in the top 100 finalists) you will receive free membership for the next season. We also hold prize draws each month, where you can win a sleeve of Titleist balls and other good quality golfing accessories.

Cost
One year's membership to Real Open Golf is £29.95 for adults and £16.95 for juniors. When you join, you will receive a free Real Open Golf Pitchmaster (RRP £6.99).
